What this notice covers
This notice covers personal data submitted through the contact form to make an advisory enquiry. It is the only capture field on the site, and it is handled on the lawful basis of legitimate interest in responding to a direct business enquiry.
Advisory enquiries
When you use the contact form, the data collected is the name, organisation, role, email address, area of interest, preferred timing, and message you provide.
This data is used to respond to your enquiry, to assess it through inbound client-acceptance, and to manage any engagement that follows. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to a direct business enquiry. Your details are not added to any mailing list without your separate opt-in.
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and is then deleted.

The data is used only to improve the site and is not used to identify you personally. You can block cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
